Alan Pottinger FCG

Alan has worked with Matrix since the Company was first established; initially in a consulting capacity and, latterly as Chief Operating Officer.

With extensive Executive experience gained in both the private and public sectors, most notably as Company Secretary & Head of Legal for a FTSE 250, multi billion company, for more than 20 years.

Alan is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
